Booking Conditions

1. YOUR  BOOKING

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. This payment is  paid directly by credit card on a secure partner platform.

2. PAYMENT

In the case of booking from our secure platform., You’ll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the price, through our secure Web site. The remaining 50% will be charged 7 days prior your check-in.

If you make booking  through one of partner platforms :

  • Airbnb
  • Booking
  • Expedia

3. SECURITY  DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of 300 € is required  through Swikly, a trusted third party (you will not be charged). You will fill out a bank card pre-authorization, quickly in complete security and without advance payment.

4. CANCELLATION

Note that if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 
 

5. CONTACT

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive mails before check-in with all necessary informations, as the address, phone number of your host, Wi-fi code…

6. CHECK-IN

You are required to inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. We will send a mail a few days before the check-in for that. check-in time is any time between 3PM nd 9PM. Please note that a late check-in fee of 20€ applies to arrivals between 9pm and 11pm. Arrival after 11PM is not possible.

7. CHECK-OUT

Our housekeeping staff will need to start cleaning the house at 11am. Check-out time is 11 AM.

8. CLEANING

Guests are expected to keep the property at an acceptable level of cleanliness that would be considered acceptable to an average person. Any unacceptable damage resulting from poor cleanliness will be charged to the guest. If cleaners are required to make additional charges these will be passed on to the guest also. A departure clean is payable. Before leaving, You are requested to take out the garbage, to do the dishes, to close windows and to turn off lights, radiators and air conditioners. Someone will inspect the property after your departure.

9. GUEST NUMBERS, IDENTITIES AND OTHER CONDITIONS

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum number allowed and listed on your booking confirmation. If a property is reported to be overloaded, the guests will asked to vacate, with no refund made. You are requested to send us your passport before the check-in. A copy of your identity is also accepted the day of the check-in.

10. RULES

It is the responsibility of every guest to read and abide by these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of all guests to report any issue with the property to the Guest Manager. This includes any disturbance, damage, loss or any criminal matter relating to the property. Apartments are to be used only for accommodation. Parties or commercial use is strictly prohibited. All damages and breakages payable. Guests should show respect and care for the property and ensure doors and windows are locked when vacated. The property is non-smoking, please use balconies if needed. Animals are not accepted.

11. RESPONSIBILITIES

We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage to the property as a result of the tenant’s use. This includes damage, insurance, loss due to fire, theft, and misbehavior.
